that girl should be charged with vehicular manslaughter reckless driving and charged as an adult. she is educated she understood the responsibility. she was the one driving she is responsible for the incident. she does not deserve a past because she gets good grades in school. she killed somebody

WoW! I'm not sure if I would be ok with her only getting 6 months in a rehab. And she will get out and go on with her life. I think she should get some help. But she should have gotten some time. So she would truly understand how she has put so much sadness and hurt to that family. She had the right judge. Because these kids trusted her with their lives. And she took it as nothing. And it has been the other way that other people wouldn't have gotten that 6 months in rehab. No, she would have gotten prison time. 10-25, years

Well if the person driving was not drinking, on drugs, or speeding… It was an accident and let her off… Nobody is perfect and try to remember this!!!!!!

ummm I don't agree with her sentence at all. She's old enough to know what she's doing and right from wrong. She knew to be responsible and knew that speeding is dangerous. Her decision to be stupid took a life and gave an indescribable pain to a mother. It's tragic and could've been avoided. She should've gotten charged for vehicular manslaughter.

The whole thing is just so sad. That girl has to live with this for the rest of her life. She didn’t mean to hurt anyone.
