always film all encounters with police from the start of altercation that way people can see how it started otherwise we cant be certain the officer wasnt acting within reason. But it does appear they were abusing their authority for no reason. There was no threat to there safety for the continued tasing after the man was sitting on the bench. He was maced and tased for no reason and when they tackled him to the bench he had his hands in front of his face they could have put the cuffs on him then but instead decided to continue hurting him and escalating the crowd further. There was no reason for guns to be drawn either. If you are walking around scared of confrontation and don't know how to deescalate a situation without hurting people you don't need to be a cop. And all those officers should be charged, and fired without pay and not hireable in any police department or jail for the rest of their life.

Disgusting behavior from that police officer, then the one who pulls his firearm out bc he looks like a 12 year old could beat him, fear us not good in their line of work.

Just put your arms behind your back, if you are wrongfully detained, that's a clear civil rights violation, and you will come out on top w out the Pain. However , my guess is that he did, said or made an action during a police encounter that would warrant the detention, until they can get a clear conclusion of the matter at hand.

STOP with this bullshit!! This is what causes confusion. Everybody is trying to talk at the same time. STOP resisting. The only thing he had to do was comply. I'm not defending the police but it would not have escalated. The cops skin color shouldn't have been mentioned.
