I wish they could've/would've shown the whole thing... but whether it was a dog or a human it is a horrible, scary death and unbelievably tragic.

It was a dog, I saw the episode. Hate to say it but if I saw that happen to the dog there would be two bodies in the water.

wrapped in chains means murder regardless if it's a person, a dog or a deer.
