My husband is a county lawyer and handles these type of dog cases. The owner of the Pit who bit the Poodle would get a Citation and if the Pit did it again he would have to muzzle the dog.whenever it is outside. Third time euthanized. The dude hitting the guy I get why he is but one punch is enough but the guy on the ground provoked him. The moral of the story is don't walk a dog you can't control.
