so what ! I lived in Florida for 70 years and all the time the media talk shit about this state,ask all those well known people why they live here,I travel a lot and I don't change my Florida life for anything,not all people have the same opinion.

Lived near beach most of my life. Every beach is dangerous if you don’t pay attention. I almost drowned and the man in back of me did. Undertow can take you out in a heartbeat. Never went back in the ocean and never will. RESPECT it!!

I went to Florida to work and my first day we had a lil chill day to relax after the drive, seen 6 people caught in the water, 5 got out but they left the last guy behind and all you seen was him going up and down pushing him out but thankfully there were some brave and great swimming lifeguards that got him

my cousin's husband drowned at Jacksonville Beach about 4 years ago they still haven't found his body and finally declared him dead got caught in a rip current and same weekend a teen boy drowned but he was found.
