Realistically , those people don't have immunity against any virus that someone would bring along , so it is a matter of survival for them to keep everybody off their island .

Smartest people on earth.... they know they live in paradise.... and also know that the so called civilized will only hurt them.

this video is slightly wrong. people have been to the island. most were killed. At least one person has been to the island and survived. he was the head of India's tribal affairs.

they USED to be OK with us showing up / but we wiped them out w our "diseases"....so we're like a "curse" to them n the elders strictly install that lesson to their next generation so to NEVER happen again ...the youngens kinda want to hv contact w us/ but the elders let them know ALL their loved ones will die / it's their "GODS WAY"...
