I think it should be stepped up to a felony u jump on someone in the work place.Idc if u are a Taco Bell worker or a council member.U jump on an employee on the clock make it a felony....Givem 6 mths hard labor on a farm some where.

I did 4 years for my crime, have 5 clean and 7 sober I cremated a son. I am getting married next year and have a son with a beautiful wife. People can change, but I agree they should get felonies.
