why didn't anyone do anything. they all knew he was dangerous and they were informed and seen it with their own eyes. this could have been prevented.

I love in FLA, an I let them know about a man that I thought might be dangerous, my neighbor at the time, they ignored me, later he shot at police and it was a big ordeal, actually turned out to be a shoot out ..crazy shit
