PEEL/ unwrap foilOPEN THE BUTTER dont use a fork to stab holes duhhhhhh you so complicatedsoftened butter on chicken lol.BAKE 2.2kgs no less than 1 1/2hrs. DONT use a butterknife to cut chicken

Watching from Shorewoood, WI. It does look delicious. But, I would have to give mine more time to cook. And, maybe add some green vegetables to the onions and red bell peppers. I love vegetables!

I was taught to cook all chicken and any red meat thoroughly. My Mother was a Great cook. I also worked for a Foodservice Distribution Company. We took training from real Chefs.
