Back years ago , a lot of cops would do that. I remember a few time in the mid 70's when I was a teen with a attitude, getting my ass kicked by cops, then they'd drag me home and I'd get my ass kicked again. Nowadays they arrest you and you got a record the rest of your life.

Well at least he fighting with his hands and not a gun, officer should have put his holster in side the crusher , I respect them both for not shooting each other
