Scoopz Is Back: The Totally True (Not Really) Reason We Went Missing In the App Store

Hey Scoopz fam!

We know — it’s been a minute. Some of you might have noticed we disappeared from the App Store, and we really appreciate the concern. The theories were... interesting. Some of you thought we got acquired by a secret billionaire. Others assumed we were busy planning our next big thing. One person even suggested we were removed from the App Store due to TOS violations (we see you), and this one was the most far from the truth.

So, what really happened? Well, imagine this: every company has those intern stories... and ours might just top the charts. Turns out, Dave hit the “remove from App Store” button a little too enthusiastically. Who knew that’s what that actually meant? Honestly, I wish I had that kind of power for my worst date stories.

Unfortunately, there was no tropical vacation during this time — just plenty of late nights working our tails off to make Scoopz better for you. We swam through a sea of cat clips, endured countless cringe-worthy videos, and... well, we’re just happy to be back.
