If you meet the requirements and are eligible for the Scoopz Creator Fund Program you can apply for monetization and start earning money from your videos, as explained further below.
By applying to or participating in Scoopz Creator Fund Program you have to agree with this Scoopz Video Creator Monetization Policy (“Monetization Policy”), Scoopz Paid Services Terms of Service, Scoopz Community Standards (“Community Standards”), Scoopz’s Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy (all together “Terms”).
This Monetization Policy, incorporated into Scoopz Paid Services Terms of Service, may be amended by Scoopz as needed.
To receive payment from your videos that you submit to Scoopz, you must complete the following steps:
Step 1: Apply for Monetization.
Step 2: To Receive Payment for Qualifying Videos
Scoopz shall pay you earnings based on the performance of Qualifying Videos you upload on Scoopz. The payment is calculated based on the number of Qualified Video Views and RPM determined by Scoopz. The RPM rate for each month will be provided by Scoopz, and the rate may vary from one month to another.
You will be able to check your revenue and Qualified Video Views for Qualifying Videos monthly within your Creator Dashboard.
Within thirty (30) days after the end of each Calendar Month, Scoopz shall remit payment to you for Qualifying Videos for the previous Calendar Month, such payment to be remitted in the manner and form agreed between Scoopz and you. Any deferred, rejected, or otherwise unsuccessful payment to you will be submitted again the following payment cycle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Scoopz may withhold any payment until the cumulative amount owed totals at least fifteen US dollars ($15). Payments that are unclaimed for more than six (6) months will be returned to Scoopz.
To receive payment from Scoopz, you must establish and maintain an account with a third-party payment provider. As of the Effective Date, Stripe is the designated third-party payment provider. However, Scoopz may choose a different payment provider in the future. Payment-related services will be the sole responsibility of the chosen third-party provider. The duration of your account with this provider is independent of the Term hereof.
Scoopz continually strives to improve its eligibility requirements for monetization and reward creators who create content our users love and eliminate those who are bad actors. Scoopz reserves the right to revoke monetization rights at any time or even terminate a Creator’s account at its sole discretion, especially if Scoopz determines that you have violated any Terms.
