So the real question is, why is it okay for cops to misunderstand the law?And it's no big deal for them.But anybody else would be getting locked up. There needs to be higher punishments for cops for doing wrong then citizens

what was the whole he was supposed to use the back of his hand, did that make the groping any better when they do it with the back of their hand instead of the front? Aren't they supposed to call a female officer?

Idk she seemed to play into it when the officer spoke up but still unacceptable actions even with a rookie you should know better. Definitely not okay.

& this is the innocence they often snuff out due to their biased approach & the COURTS allow cops to walk free even with multiple complaints against them. THE SYSTEM.
